Terms of service · updated 14 September 2026

Clear terms for an editorial product.

These terms apply to PublishReady, operated by 69 Media, including your account, subscriptions, and extra-credit purchases.

The service

PublishReady edits content, humanizes text and generates researched articles from a brief and editable outline. The service may evolve over time. Material changes to paid-plan terms will be presented before they take effect, while access may be limited or suspended when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give S.R.L. "69 MEDIA MARKETING" the limited permission needed to process, transmit, and store that content in accordance with the privacy policy for the requested service, security, and support. You must have the right to submit the content and must not use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Signup acceptance and emails

For new accounts using the combined acceptance form, the checkbox explicitly covers both these terms and enrollment in PublishReady emails containing writing tips, product updates and offers. Newsletter enrollment follows email verification. We record the wording, version, acceptance time and signup method.

You can unsubscribe at any time in account Settings or through the link in an email without closing your account or losing access to purchased services. Previously recorded email choices remain unchanged. This section does not subscribe existing users or replace their earlier choices. Essential account and security messages are separate from newsletters.

Editorial responsibility

Reviews and revisions are decision support, not a guarantee of accuracy, originality, legal compliance, search ranking, commercial performance, or suitability for publication. Inspect material claims and sources before publishing. You remain responsible for the final text and how it is used.

Acceptable use

Do not use PublishReady to facilitate fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, rights violations, malicious code, evasion of safety controls, or automated abuse. Do not attempt to extract secrets, disrupt the service, access another user's data, bypass account or network limits, or run concurrent requests beyond the allowance presented by the service.

Deletion and account closure

You can delete individual saved reviews or permanently close the account from the client workspace. Deleting history does not reverse editorial work already performed or restore used allowances. Account closure removes the active cloud workspace; limited records may be retained where required for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

Existing review credits

Existing recurring agreements, credit grants and already-created checkouts keep their original quantities, prices and word-based usage rules. Any remaining review credits are available under Credits & usage. They are not automatically converted into the new service-credit balance.

Each intentional review costs one credit per started block of 500 submitted words, rounded up separately for that request. A deliberate paragraph refinement is billed on the paragraph being refined, not its surrounding context. For example, 500 words cost one credit and 501 words cost two. There is no separate monthly review-count or word-count quota. Creating an account does not grant a free processing trial.

Credits are reserved when work begins and consumed when it completes. Automatic safeguard corrections and provider retries within that request do not cost additional credits. Failed or cancelled work releases the reservation to its original credit balance without extending its expiry. Technical request-size and abuse-prevention limits still apply; the draft limit is 50,000 characters.

Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit window, including on yearly plans and do not roll over. A new paid period receives its own allocation only after payment is confirmed. The workspace shows your available balance and applicable expiry dates.

New service credits

The content editor checks relevant facts and makes necessary light corrections. The humanizer rewrites style without independent fact-checking. The content generator researches a brief, presents an editable outline, and writes an article in a separately requested action.

Each action shows an estimate and a maximum before processing. The maximum is reserved first. Completed work is charged according to metered model and research usage at one service credit per US$0.10 of provider cost, rounded up to 0.001 credit and never above the approved maximum. This conversion describes usage, not the retail purchase price of a credit. Unused reserved credits return to their original balance without extending expiry. Failed or cancelled work uses no service credits. A research step that completed successfully remains charged if you choose not to write its article.

New Starter, Creator and Pro agreements provide 50, 120 and 220 service credits per month respectively, at the existing package prices and billing frequencies. Yearly plans still release credits in monthly windows. Creating an account does not provide free processing credits.

Extra-credit packs

Paid subscribers can choose a whole-number quantity of 1 to 1,000 top-up units, each containing five service credits, per purchase at US$1.50 per unit. The total is shown before PayPal approval. Existing purchases and already-created checkout quotes keep their original price and quantity. Purchased credits expire 12 months after confirmed payment and remain available until then even if subscription renewal is cancelled. Credits expiring soonest are used first. A purchase does not increase the technical size limit for an individual draft or renew automatically.

Paid plans and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through PayPal and renew automatically at the selected frequency until cancelled. Yearly prices displayed per month are equivalents: the full yearly amount is charged upfront. Credits replenish monthly on both billing options, expire at the end of their monthly window, and do not roll over. The price, plan, and renewal terms are shown before you approve payment. You can cancel renewal from the client workspace. Unless a refund or mandatory legal right applies, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues to the end of the current paid period, with the existing monthly credit schedule unchanged. Payment disputes, reversals, or failed payments may suspend paid access. PayPal's own terms also apply to its payment service. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for further detail.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date remain available on this page. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, reasonable notice will be given through the service or the account email where required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without removing consumer protections or dispute rights that must apply under the law of a customer's country.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from an automated review. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
