Use this address for product questions, failed edits, rewrites or article requests, privacy requests, account access, or billing questions.
For a technical problem
Include the service you selected, the approximate time, the browser you used, and the message shown on screen. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or other secrets.
For a privacy request
Write from the email associated with your account so we can verify the request. You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Optional browser copies can be removed directly from the workspace.

Check your account and billing details
Saved drafts, outlines, results, credit usage, PayPal subscription status, renewal date, cancellation control, and recorded payments appear in the client workspace. Email support if PayPal shows a completed payment that is not reflected there after a short delay.
