Before Overly formal

I'm writing to share the updated homepage draft for your review. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide any feedback by Thursday. If there are no further changes required, I will proceed with scheduling the page for publication on Friday.

After Direct and natural

Here's the updated homepage draft. Please send any feedback by Thursday. If nothing needs changing, I'll schedule it for publication on Friday.
  • The Thursday deadline stays
  • Friday is still conditional
  • No invented details or forced personality

Illustrative editing example written for this page, not a customer review or a live product benchmark. Your revision depends on the draft and its context.

More than different words

Friendly writing. Still your meaning.

Vary the sentence rhythm

Break up repeated sentence patterns and remove stiff transitions. Keep longer sentences when they help explain the point.

Keep your voice

Keep the tone, perspective and phrases that make the draft yours. No invented anecdotes or forced personality.

Say something specific

Use details already in your draft to make vague passages clearer. Remove filler without losing useful information.

A few useful answers

Before you start.

Still have a question? Talk to us.

What is an AI humanizer?

An AI humanizer rewrites stiff or repetitive text so it reads more naturally. PublishReady focuses on clear wording, varied sentence rhythm and a friendly voice while keeping what the author means.

Will it change my meaning?

The rewrite is designed to keep your meaning, perspective and important details. It should not invent personal experiences, statistics or other facts just to make the writing livelier. Read the result before using it.

What kinds of writing can I humanize?

Blog posts, articles, emails, newsletters, website copy and social posts. Bring writing you are entitled to edit. Check specialist terms and any language you cannot confidently review yourself.

Is PublishReady a free AI humanizer?

No. Account creation is free, but processing requires credits. New plans include 50 service credits a month on Starter ($19/month or $209/year), 120 on Creator ($49/month or $490/year), and 220 on Pro ($99/month or $891/year). Yearly plans provide credits monthly, not all at once. Existing subscriptions keep their original credit terms.

How are humanizer credits calculated?

The workspace shows an estimate and a maximum before you start. The maximum is reserved while the action runs; the final deduction follows processing usage and cannot exceed that maximum. Unused reserved credits are returned. Failed or cancelled actions use no credits. Research and article writing are separate actions, so completed research remains charged even if you do not generate an article.

What happens to my draft?

Your pasted draft stays temporarily in your browser while you sign in. Processing begins when you start an action in your workspace. Saved work is attached to your account until you delete it, subject to the retention exceptions in our privacy policy. Service providers process text to deliver the service.

Will it guarantee a human detector score?

No. The aim is better writing, not a promised detector score or search ranking. Follow the authorship and disclosure rules that apply to your work.
