What the service processes

In the three-service workspace, estimates shown while typing are calculated in your browser. Pressing an action button saves the supplied text or brief and obtains a confirmed quote before processing. Starting the action sends the relevant input to the processing provider. Humanizing has no web-research step. Submitted work, outlines, sources and results-including input for failed or cancelled requests-remain in your saved work until you delete them or close the account. Unused expired estimates are cleared by scheduled maintenance after 24 hours. Deleting research also deletes articles generated from it; limited metering and financial records remain without the article text. The legacy review retention rules below still apply to the legacy editor.

When you request a review, the service processes the draft, product-generated review instructions, technical request identifiers, account identifiers, and the resulting analysis. Basic security logs may include timestamps, error information, and network metadata needed to operate and protect the service.

Why the data is processed

Account, draft, review, and subscription data are processed to provide the service you request and administer the contract with you. Security, reliability, abuse prevention, and limited service measurement support the legitimate interest in operating and improving PublishReady. Records required for accounting, disputes, or compliance are processed to meet legal obligations. Optional non-essential analytics and advertising measurement are used only when enabled by you and can be changed on the cookies page.

Legacy review history and active reviews

In the legacy editor, completed reviews, original drafts, revisions, and saved versions are stored with the account so they can be reopened across devices. While a review is running, its draft and processing state are stored so the job can recover from a server interruption; the temporary job copy of the draft is removed when the job completes, fails, or is cancelled. Individual saved reviews and the complete account can be deleted from the client workspace. Deleting a completed review does not restore usage already incurred.

Abuse prevention and operational records

PublishReady applies account and network request limits to protect customer allowances and provider spending. Network addresses are transformed into a keyed, one-way identifier before a short-lived rate-limit event is stored; the rate-limit table does not contain raw IP addresses or draft text. Job status, failure codes, refund state, and limited timestamps may be retained for service security, recovery, and support.

Data kept on your device

Choosing View plans & credits from the workspace keeps your current text or brief and any edited outline in this browser tab, separated by account, for up to 24 hours so you can return after billing. Signing out or switching accounts clears that copy. Returning does not start processing or spend credits automatically.

Optional browser history is off by default and is separated by signed-in account. Signing out clears that account's browser workspace data. A draft carried from the homepage to registration is held temporarily in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes. It is restored automatically into an empty workspace; if unfinished work is already there, you choose which draft to keep. An email confirmation opened in a second tab can receive the draft from the still-open original tab using a one-time transfer identifier. Draft text is never placed in the address bar. Clearing browser data does not delete reviews saved to your account.

Service providers and evidence research

Drafts may be sent to contracted model and infrastructure providers solely to provide the requested review. The current service uses OpenAI for editorial processing, Supabase for account and database infrastructure, the production hosting provider for application delivery, PayPal for payments, Google Analytics for optional site measurement after consent, Google Ads and Meta for optional advertising measurement after separate consent, and a transactional email provider when branded account email is enabled. When a claim requires research, the service may consult public web sources and retain source references with the review. We do not present research as personal experience.

International processing

LinkedIn also provides optional advertising measurement after you accept the updated advertising choice. Its Insight Tag runs only on the account-access page, receiving technical visit information such as URL, referrer, IP address, browser/device details and timestamp. PublishReady sends a conversion ID after a new email account is created, without including email, name, account ID or draft text in that event. LinkedIn may associate the visit with its advertising identifiers. Existing Google/Meta consent alone does not activate LinkedIn; you can change the choice on the cookies page.

Some service providers may process data outside Moldova or the country where you live. Where applicable, those transfers are handled through provider terms and legal safeguards intended to protect the data. Contact support if you need more information about the provider used for a particular processing activity.

Payments and subscription records

PayPal processes checkout and recurring payments for paid plans. PublishReady receives the subscription identifier, selected plan, payment status, amount, currency, billing dates, and limited payer details needed to provide the account allowance and handle support. We do not receive or store your full card number. Billing and transaction records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Stripe is not an active payment provider at this stage.

Training and analytics

Your draft and final edits are not intentionally added to a shared PublishReady training dataset without separate, explicit permission. Site analytics use Google Analytics only after your permission. Google Ads and Meta advertising measurement use a separate choice and record page visits plus limited campaign outcomes. Draft text, refinement instructions, names, email addresses, account IDs, and review IDs are excluded from both. Separate optional product analytics can be controlled in the workspace.

Newsletters and email preferences

We send writing tips, product updates and offers only where newsletter permission is recorded. On the combined signup form, checking the acceptance box covers the terms and the clearly stated newsletter enrollment. Enrollment happens after your email is verified. We record the acceptance wording, version, time and method. Creating an account without that acceptance does not subscribe you, and existing email choices remain unchanged. You can change this choice in account Settings or use the unsubscribe link in an email without closing your account. These messages are sent individually through our Hostinger mailbox. We keep permission records and sending status, but do not add open-tracking pixels. We may group eligible recipients by signup date, completed reviews and recorded purchases.

Account deletion removes newsletter recipient contact records. A one-way email identifier and the permission history may remain so we can honour opt-outs and document your choice. Newsletter preferences do not stop essential account or security messages.

Retention, security, and your choices

Completed account reviews remain available until you delete them or close the account, subject to limited records we may need for security, legal duties, or dispute resolution. Deleting a review also clears its job-result copy. Scheduled maintenance removes rate-limit events after 24 hours, refinement retry results after 24 hours, and completed job-result copies after seven days. Failed and cancelled jobs do not retain their processing copy of the draft. Account deletion removes workspace content while retaining transaction records with the account link and payer contact fields removed. No online service can promise absolute security. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law by contacting support.
