Paste any draft. PublishReady keeps what already works, improves what doesn't, checks the claims that matter, and adds evidence where the piece needs more weight.

Your editorial workflow, already built in

Less time directing the edit.
More time deciding what to publish.

You don't need to organise a new sequence of prompts for each draft. Choose the job in your workspace: check and edit content, humanize its wording, or create a researched article from a brief. Keep control of what gets published.

Building your own review in a chatYou manage the steps
  • Ask for different words and phrases
  • Specify the audience, format, and voice yourself
  • Request a separate check of claims and sources
  • Ask for a change log and reasons for edits
  • Review the output for repeated or generic patterns
PublishReadyA draft with the changes explained
  • Choose focused corrections or a fuller, friendly rewrite
  • Start with your draft or a short article brief
  • Research is built into content editing and generation
  • See the result first, then inspect changes and sources
  • Humanizing targets repetitive phrasing while keeping meaning

General-purpose tools can also perform these tasks with suitable instructions. This comparison describes the workflow, not a benchmark of every model. PublishReady combines model-based editing with its own editorial rules and checks; it is not a separately fine-tuned model.

Changing the words is easy. Improving the claim takes judgment.

A useful distinction, backed by evidence.

Webb gives astronomers a different view of the universe, not simply a better version of Hubble's pictures. NASA lists Webb's primary mirror at 6.5 metres across, compared with Hubble's 2.4 metres. Webb also observes mainly in infrared, helping it detect light from some of the earliest galaxies. Hubble's ultraviolet and visible-light observations remain valuable: the two telescopes complement each other.

Adds a named source and concrete detail, explains the scientific value, and replaces the blanket 'better' claim with a more accurate comparison.

Check the evidence: NASA: Hubble vs. Webb

Illustrative comparison, not a live review or competitor benchmark. The basic rewrite demonstrates a wording-only edit.

The result comes first

Your text, ready for your review.

Read the result as soon as it is ready. Your original stays available for comparison. When research is part of the job, inspect the sources separately without filling the article with links.

Three services. One workspace.

Built for editorial work,
not general conversation.

Keep good writing with a focused edit, make a draft friendlier with humanizing, or turn an idea into an article. Only the selected service runs.

01

Understands before it edits

Paste your text or describe your idea. Start with a simple brief, without a long setup form.

02

Research that earns its place

Editing and generation research relevant claims. Sources stay separate from the article, and research is never presented as something you personally did.

03

Choose the help you need

Edit genuine errors, humanize a draft or generate an article from a researched outline. Each service has a clear job.

04

Writing comes first

Read your edited text or article as soon as it is ready. Open the comparison or evidence when you need more detail.

Simple, transparent plans

Choose a plan for the amount you write.

Every new plan includes service credits for content editing, humanizing and article generation. Choose the help you need each time.

One balance for three services

New service credits work across editing, humanizing and generation. Existing word-based credits remain separate and keep their original terms.

Privacy without vague promises

Your work stays yours.

Your work is saved to your protected account so you can reopen it across devices. You control what you keep, and draft text is excluded from product analytics.

No shared training by default

Your drafts and final edits do not become a shared training dataset without explicit permission.

Account-protected history

Drafts, outlines and results are attached to your account. You can return to saved work or delete it from your workspace.

Traceable evidence

Evidence is tied to the source actually consulted. Research is never disguised as personal experience.

A few useful answers

Before you start.

Still have a question? Talk to us.

What can I do with PublishReady?

Choose Edit content to check material claims and fix genuine errors while keeping good wording. Choose Humanize text for a friendly, natural rewrite that preserves your meaning. Choose Generate content to turn a brief into a researched outline and then an article. All three are available in your account workspace.

Will editing rewrite my whole article?

Not by default. Edit content keeps passages that already work and makes corrections where needed. If you want a fuller rewrite with more natural flow, choose Humanize text instead.

How much does PublishReady cost?

New plans include 50 service credits a month on Starter ($19/month or $209/year), 120 on Creator ($49/month or $490/year), and 220 on Pro ($99/month or $891/year). Yearly plans provide credits monthly, not all at once. Existing subscriptions keep their original credit terms.

How many credits will my text use?

The workspace shows an estimate and a maximum before you start. The maximum is reserved while the action runs; the final deduction follows processing usage and cannot exceed that maximum. Unused reserved credits are returned. Failed or cancelled actions use no credits. Research and article writing are separate actions, so completed research remains charged even if you do not generate an article.

Can I buy extra credits?

Paid subscribers can buy extra service credits at $1.50 for five credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly credit window. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase and remain usable until expiry even if your subscription ends. Legacy purchases retain their original terms.

Is there a free trial?

Creating an account is free. Processing text or researching an outline requires credits; there is no free processing trial. You can read the examples on our pages without signing up.

Can I publish the result straight away?

Read it first. Automated writing and research can miss errors or misunderstand context. Check important claims and any outstanding source notes before publication. PublishReady does not guarantee factual accuracy, search rankings or AI-detector results.
